Follow these steps to get Attendra running in minutes.
1) Install + open Attendra
Install Attendra from the Shopify App Store and open it inside your Shopify admin.
2) Set business settings
Open Settings (/settings) and confirm:
- timezone
- workday start/end
- late threshold minutes
3) Add employees + PINs
Go to Employees (/employees) and add staff.
If you leave PIN empty, Attendra auto-generates one and creates an invite link you can copy.
4) Staff clock in/out
Use the embedded pages, or send staff the invite link which opens:
/checkin?shop=...&pin=...
5) Review attendance
Use Attendance Logs (/attendance-logs) for detailed history and Dashboard (/app) for “who’s in now”.
